The Facility itself is on a very open lot that is Gated and fenced in with Razor Wire on top of Fencing. They have Video Surveillance with Electronic Monitoring including Gate Codes and Cameras throughout the Property They Offer FREE Moving Supplies and FREE Use of Moving Trucks Currently, They offer FREE 1st Month! The Staff is Super! They literally go the extra mile and above and beyond! Please Recognize and Reward Area Manager Jon, Location Managers Tiffany and Peggy and Anthony! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are professional and make You feel appreciated as a Customer. They value Your Business. They care that Your Experience is a great one and quickly step up if there is an issue. In addition to the Super Staff, I especially like the Timers on Doors of the Building to allow Hands free unloading and loading without having to open or prop open doors to load and unload stuff. The Property and Office are very Clean and well maintained. They have Rodent and Pest Control throughout the Property. They do a daily walk through to keep Buildings and Units Secure and Clean. Appreciate the great attitudes and Customer Service at this Location and with Corporate! Thanks! It is maybe a little weird to rave about how great a storage facility is, but Ruckersville Self Storage is fabulous! Having recently moved and downsized, I have needed a clean, climate-controlled, easy access storage space. The facility is brand new with all the bells and whistles, high security with individual gate codes, automatic lights, door timers etc. It is spotlessly clean. I visit my space frequently to drop things off, and always feels safe. When I outgrew my space, Chris made it incredibly easy to move to a larger space in the same building, and pro-rated the rent. Oh also there is a clean bathroom for customers which is really nice after a long drive towing a UHaul.

Ruckersville Self Storage has been an amazing place to keep my belongings when I needed the extra space. Always clean and tidy as well as the staff being very friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend this to anyone!
